JIEMIIYOU’s return and exchange policy is based on satisfaction as the shipping fee mission.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Policy Refund.
You can return the item and apply for a refund starting from 30 days from the date of purchase. Our return policy is divided into defective and non-defective items.

  • Non-defective items:

Order customization: Due to the personalized nature of the order, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

Ready-to-ship items: A full refund will be made, minus the original shipping fee.

  • Defective items:

We will refund in full and cover the return shipping fee.

We also provide unconditional refunds for refund requests that are not related to quality issues but related to personal preferences. However, the customer will bear the return shipping fee.
The returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and accompanied by any original diamond certificates provided. If the certificate is not returned, a recertification fee will be charged. (If any certificates are missing, a $50 replacement fee will be charged).

2. Lifetime Warranty

  • JIEMIIYOU offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all fine jewelry.
  • We guarantee that all items sold are 100% free of any manufacturing defects upon delivery.
  • JIEMIIYOU will repair or replace any product with manufacturing defects free of charge.
  • The manufacturing warranty is not subject to wear and tear, product loss, product loss, damage, or failure to obtain repairs necessary to satisfy the garment.
  • Warranty service is performed by jewelers other than JIEMIIYOU.

3.Some common retail issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Discoloration of precious metals due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or soaking.
  • Precious metals, especially prong settings, will wear over time and require repairs, which may be part of normal wear and tear.
  • Prongs may become stuck, worn, or bent over time due to daily wear and tear or normal damage, resulting in the loss of diamonds.
  • Diamonds lost due to daily wear and tear or other damage.

4. Return validity period

  • All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of order shipment. You can contact us here for exchange or refund, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • If the exchanged item is worth the same as the original item, you need to pay the difference.
  • No refund will be given if the exchanged item is missing the original item.

5. Online shopping and checks

  • You need the original condition and packaging of the item.
  • Please contact us here and we will assist you with the exchange.
  • Send your package to us via tracked postage.
  • Wait for us to send an email confirmation, you will receive an email once we verify your order information. Usually, the processing time is 5-8 business days after receiving the package.
  • All return requests will be refunded through your original payment method.
  • All returns and exchanges are made through our online portal.

6.Others.

  • For all items that need to be returned or exchanged, you can only return or exchange once.
  • If the return or exchange item is the same as the previous order, we reserve the right and sole discretion to cancel your free return.
  • Our return and exchange policy does not cover unique, accidental or random damage caused by using or wearing the product.
  • JIEMIIYOU makes no warranties, either express or implied, on any product, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, conformity with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Personalized items with “engraving” are not refundable. JIEMIIYOU will charge a 35% restocking fee to replace personalized items.
  • Special order items (such as custom sizes and gemstone items) are not refundable. (Custom sizes are subject to an additional fee of $50.) JIEMIIYOU will add a 35% restocking fee to replace special items.
  • Replacement/exchange items sent to you are not refundable.
  • If there is no quality problem with the product itself, JIEMIIYOU will charge a 35% restocking fee to replace special items.
  • Such products are always subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
  • JIEMIIYOU makes all decisions final.
  • Put the jewelry in a ring box, preferably in a bag with the items we send. If not, put in some kind of “filler item” to prevent free movement inside the box during shipping.
  • Please do not write “jewelry”, “moissanite”, “diamond”, “gemstone”, “gold” or similar words on the outside of the box.

7. Note:

  • We hope your order is what you requested! Please check your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Double check the spelling, date and name. If you have any questions before placing the next order, please contact us.
  • Normally, all products will be put into production within 3 hours after receiving payment. Therefore, cancellation of orders after this time will be charged a 35% material and processing fee.
