All JIEMIIYOU orders ship worldwide, with free shipping to the US, Europe, and International. Shipments are insured and risk-free. You can easily track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you.
We ship international orders free of charge. Shipments are sent via FedEx, 4PX, or DHL. The estimated delivery date mentioned is for US shipping addresses only. Please contact our customer service team to find out the estimated time of shipment of your ordered items.
Shipping date is based on the time your package leaves our shipping department.
We recommend that you check the estimated delivery date before placing your final order.

Shipping time is the time from when we ship the item to when it is delivered to you.
When you place an order with us, we are unable to provide a specific delivery date and time right away. However, once your package is shipped, the carrier will set a delivery time. You can find this information in the “Order Shipped” email.
APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes and US Territories
Once your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail to APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes and US Territories, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Typically, orders take about 7 to 10 business days to arrive. The estimated delivery date shown is only for US addresses and not for APO, FPO and DPO addresses
Exceptions to delivery times
Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may occur. In such cases, JIEMIIYOU will not be responsible for or refund any shipping costs. While we have no control over unexpected delays, we promise to notify you as soon as we become aware of such circumstances.

To ensure that you receive all notifications from us, please add our email ID to your address book. We recommend that you check your Spam and Junk folders regularly to avoid missing any important emails from us.
Hold and Alternative Delivery Options
If for some reason you are not home to receive your package, or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you can request that your package be held at a shipping center. The package will be held for up to 5 business days until you or someone you authorize collects it. The designated person must be 21 years of age or older and must also present valid identification for verification.
For your protection
As a security precaution to protect you from fraud, some orders may be slightly delayed in shipping due to the verification process. For orders that require delivery to an address different from the billing address, we will check with your credit card or financing company to ensure that they have this alternate delivery address in their records.

Shipment Insurance
All JIEMIIYOU shipments are insured until the package reaches its destination. We recommend that the customer and/or intended recipient be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Once the package is delivered, JIEMIIYOU is no longer responsible for the package. If you are not there, an authorized person will need to sign for and collect the package on your behalf at the designated delivery address.
International customs, duties and taxes
Some JIEMIIYOU products have already included duties and taxes. Generally, you do not need to pay them separately. Please contact us immediately in special circumstances.
Customs in the destination country may charge duties, import taxes and other fees before receiving your JIEMIIYOU order. Customs policies vary from country to country. All customs clearance costs are borne by the consignee.
For orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Australia and all European countries. JIEMIIYOU charges taxes/GST/VAT according to the country of shipment.
For orders shipped to other countries, if you need information about applicable taxes, duties, fees and any other details, please contact the customs office in your country. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact JIEMIIYOU customer service.
Customs in the destination country has the right to open and inspect international shipments. It is our responsibility to provide information about your order if necessary.
If the goods are returned by customs for any reason, the shipping costs will be deducted when processing the refund.
For added security, all orders of JIEMIIYOU products priced over $300 are shipped via FedEx or DHL and require a signature.
