JIEMIIYOU® ships all orders worldwide and offers free shipping to the US, Europe, and Internationally. Free standard shipping is available (7-10 business days).
You can purchase expedited shipping (1-2 business days) for an additional fee at checkout.
How will my order be shipped?
Most shipments within Europe and the US are shipped via 4PX, Fedex, or DHL fully tracked and insured air freight.
Will my delivery require a signature?
All orders totaling over $5,000.00 (excluding shipping, duties, and taxes) require a signature upon delivery.
Insurance and Tracking
Once your order is placed and payment is received, your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready. You will receive a tracking number for your package via email. You can track your order on the JIEMIIYOU website. Packages will be shipped fully insured and a signature will be required upon arrival.
When will my order be shipped?
Once a selection is made, the estimated shipping and handling times will be displayed on the product detail page. For items under $300, we ship by 4px air freight, and the delivery time is 7-10 business days, up to 15 business days.
For items over $300, we will use Fedex or DHL air freight, depending on your delivery address, and the delivery time is 5-8 business days, up to 10 business days.
When ordering multiple items, if one of the items is custom and the other items are in stock, the order will be completed when the custom item is ready to ship.
In-stock items:
In-stock items ordered before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the same business day,
excluding weekends and holidays.
In-stock items ordered after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom items:
Delivery time: It takes about 2-3 weeks, (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the complexity of the design. Please contact the customer service team for priority processing for expedited orders.
Will all items in my order be shipped together?
Yes. Orders containing multiple items will be combined before shipping and shipped when the last item is ready to ship.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to hotels or PO Boxes.
The risk of loss and title for the items pass to you when we deliver the items to the carrier pursuant to the transportation contract with the carrier.
JIEMIIYOU® Jewelry. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, carrier delays, email or computer failures, or any other reasons beyond our control.

How do I know what the applicable duties and taxes are?
Additional charges for duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country or local customs are the responsibility of the customer and must be borne by the recipient upon receipt of the package.
Are there any international shipping restrictions?
Yes. Not all products are available in all countries. If the products in your shopping cart are not eligible for delivery to your destination, you will be notified during checkout.
